Cotton/Recycled Polyester Blend

Soft, comfortable flannel crafted from a bluesign® approved blend of 53% cotton and 47% recycled polyester — combines the classic look and feel of cotton flannel with the durability, moisture-wicking, and quick-drying performance of recycled poly.

UPF 40 Sun Protection

Built-in UPF 40 shields exposed skin from harsh UV rays on shoulder-season trail days, long approaches, and sunny commutes — significantly higher protection than a standard cotton flannel (typically UPF 5-10).

Back Yoke Box Pleat for Mobility

Box pleat at the back yoke adds range of motion across the shoulders for reaching, climbing, casting a fly rod, or packing a backpack — eliminates the binding you get from a flat-back casual flannel.

Moisture-Wicking Performance

Wicking treatment pulls sweat off your skin and dries quickly between efforts — far more comfortable for active wear than traditional all-cotton flannel that stays damp.

Left Button-Down Chest Pocket

Tumble Dry Low or Hang Dry

Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry away from direct sunlight to maintain the UPF treatment and prevent cotton shrinkage — remove promptly to minimize wrinkles.

Iron Low if Needed

Iron on low heat if needed to remove wrinkles. The cotton/poly blend is naturally more wrinkle-resistant than 100% cotton flannel.

Do Not Bleach or Fabric Softener

Avoid chlorine bleach (degrades the fabric and UPF coating) and liquid fabric softener (leaves residue that reduces the moisture-wicking performance).
