Spot Clean When Possible
Wipe down the leather palm and Nomex® shell with a damp cloth and mild soap to handle everyday dirt without putting the flame-resistant fibers through unnecessary wash cycles.
Hand Wash Gently
Hand wash in cool water with a mild detergent or leather cleaner if needed. Avoid harsh detergents and machine washing, which can damage the flame-resistant finish and leather palm.
Air Dry at Room Temperature
Reshape and air dry at room temperature away from direct heat. Avoid tumble dry and high heat sources which can damage the Nomex® finish and leather.
Treat Leather Periodically
Apply a leather conditioner to the goat leather palm as needed to keep the leather supple and water-resistant over time.
Do Not Bleach
Bleach will damage the leather and degrade the Nomex® flame-resistant finish.
Do Not Iron
Direct heat from an iron will damage the synthetic fibers and degrade the flame-resistant finish.
Do Not Dry Clean
Dry cleaning solvents will strip the natural oils from the leather and damage the Nomex® flame-resistant finish.

Bicycles:

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

 Gear & Apparel:

Outdoor Gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 5-21 business days. Please reach out to us with the most up to date deliveries times as they vary per Manufacturer. 

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
