The Freewheel MTB Ride Short is built with lightweight, breathable materials and a bike-specific fit, reinforced with DuraPrint® technology for added durability while riding singletrack, gravel, and bike park — focuses on durable comfort and breathability with a bike-specific fit and features for riding singletrack, gravel roads, and fast bike park descents, with sturdy 4-way stretch fabric complimented by DuraPrint® — a 3D-printed overlay on the outer hems for extra abrasion resistance in high-wear areas — Duraprint's proprietary resin-based structure adds durability without adding weight or impeding flexibility in the fabric, a higher back waist offers better coverage when seated, laser perforations in the back yoke increase breathability, and low-profile waist adjustment tabs, hip pockets, and a clever slide lock snap closure are intuitive, bike-friendly features. Built to be the perfect trail-riding shorts with a 30.5 cm / 12 in inseam.

Top + Side Loading Zip Hip Pockets

Top-loading right hip and side-loading left hip security zip pockets are designed for riding-position access — secure phone, keys, or snacks while wearing a pack or jersey. Won't dump contents on rough descents.

Machine Wash Cold

Wash on a gentle cycle with cold water and like colors — preserves the DuraPrint™ abrasion overlay, C0 DWR finish, UPF coating, and spandex stretch recovery.

Tumble Dry Low or Hang Dry

Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry away from direct sunlight — high heat degrades the spandex stretch, UPF treatment, and DuraPrint™ resin overlay.

Do Not Bleach or Fabric Softener

Avoid chlorine bleach (degrades nylon, UPF, and DuraPrint™) and liquid fabric softener (leaves residue that reduces wicking, breathability, and water resistance).

Do Not Iron or Dry Clean

Skip the iron — heat damages the spandex and the DuraPrint™ resin overlay. Dry cleaning solvents strip the C0 DWR finish and UPF treatment.

Re-Proof DWR Periodically

After several washes, the C0 DWR finish may fade. Restore with a PFC-free spray-on DWR (like Nikwax TX Direct) to maintain water resistance.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
