Machine Wash Cold

Wash on a gentle cycle with cold water and a technical fabric cleaner (like Nikwax Tech Wash) — preserves the AscentShell Dry 3L membrane, DWR finish, and seam tape.

Tumble Dry Low or Hang Dry

Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry away from direct sunlight — low heat reactivates the DWR finish and protects the seam tape adhesive.

Do Not Bleach, Iron, or Dry Clean

Avoid chlorine bleach (degrades membrane and DWR), hot irons (melts seam tape and synthetic fibers), and dry-cleaning solvents (strip DWR finish and membrane).

Re-Proof DWR Periodically

After 30-50 days of regular wear, the DWR finish fades. Restore with a PFC-free spray-on DWR (like Nikwax TX Direct) to maintain shell water beading and breathability.

Store Hanging or Folded

Store hanging on a wide hanger or loosely folded — avoid long-term compression in a stuff sack, which can damage the membrane and reduce long-term waterproofing.

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Gear & Apparel:

Outdoor Gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 5-21 business days. Please reach out to us with the most up to date deliveries times as they vary per Manufacturer.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
