Machine Wash Cold

Wash with similar colors on a gentle cycle to preserve the AirVent™ moisture management and ActiveFresh™ odor control treatment.

Tumble Dry Low

Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry. Avoid high heat to prevent damage to the synthetic fibers and stretch recovery.

Do Not Bleach

Bleach will degrade the recycled polyester and strip the ActiveFresh™ odor control finish.

Do Not Iron

Heat from ironing can damage the synthetic fibers and break down stretch recovery.

Do Not Dry Clean

Dry cleaning solvents will damage the AirVent™ and ActiveFresh™ treatments and degrade the technical fibers.

Components:

Bicycles:

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Gear & Apparel:

Outdoor Gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 5-21 business days. Please reach out to us with the most up to date deliveries times as they vary per Manufacturer.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
