Machine Wash Cold

Wash on a gentle cycle with cold water and like colors — preserves the DWR finish, perforated ventilation, and spandex stretch recovery.

Tumble Dry Low or Hang Dry

Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry away from direct sunlight — low heat reactivates the DWR finish. High heat degrades spandex stretch and can damage laser perforations.

Do Not Bleach or Fabric Softener

Avoid chlorine bleach (degrades nylon fibers) and liquid fabric softener (leaves residue that clogs laser perforations and reduces breathability).

Do Not Iron or Dry Clean

Skip the iron — heat damages the spandex and synthetic fibers. Dry cleaning solvents strip the DWR finish and bluesign® treatment.

Re-Proof DWR Periodically

After several washes, the DWR finish may fade. Restore with a PFC-free spray-on DWR (like Nikwax TX Direct) to maintain wind and water resistance.

Gear & Apparel:

Outdoor Gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 5-21 business days. Please reach out to us with the most up to date deliveries times as they vary per Manufacturer.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
