Tumble Dry Low or Hang Dry

Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry away from direct sunlight — high heat degrades the spandex stretch, ActiveTemp™ treatment, and VerticalX™ Octa insulation loft.

Do Not Bleach or Fabric Softener

Avoid chlorine bleach (degrades fleece and UPF coating) and liquid fabric softener (leaves residue that clogs the VerticalX™ Octa's open structure and reduces breathability/wicking).

Do Not Iron or Dry Clean

Skip the iron — heat damages the synthetic fibers and UPF finish. Dry cleaning solvents strip the ActiveTemp™ treatment.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
