DuraPrint™ Scuff Guards

OR's proprietary DuraPrint™ reinforcement at high-wear zones (ankles, scuff-prone areas) adds durability without bulky added seams — printed reinforcement that survives granite, scree, and crampon points.

Movement-Mirroring Stretch

OR's signature stretch construction combined with a gusseted crotch and articulated knees — high-steps, dyno moves, and scrambles happen without binding or bunching.

Embedded Adjustable Belt

Built-in adjustable belt at the waist delivers a custom, secure fit without buying or remembering a separate belt — always ready to fine-tune on the fly under a harness or pack hip-belt.

Wind & Water Resistant

Repels wind and sheds light precipitation — keeps you comfortable on breezy ridges, in cool morning starts, and during surprise rain squalls (not fully waterproof).

Slim Lower Leg with Zip & Expandable Gusset

Slim lower leg opens via zipper and expandable gusset to fit over alpine, mountaineering, or AT boots — no need to roll cuffs or sacrifice mobility.

Loops for Instep Stirrup

Built-in instep stirrup loops let you tether the cuff to your boot laces or gaiters — keeps the pant from riding up during high steps, scrambles, and aggressive descents.

Zip Hand Pockets + Thigh Pocket

Zippered hand pockets secure essentials while wearing a harness or pack, plus a thigh pocket for quick-access items like a topo, phone, or snacks.

Machine Wash Cold

Wash on a gentle cycle with cold water and a mild technical fabric detergent — preserves the DuraPrint™ reinforcement, water-resistant finish, and stretch recovery.

Tumble Dry Low or Hang Dry

Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry away from direct sunlight — high heat degrades the spandex stretch and the water-resistant coating.

Do Not Bleach or Fabric Softener

Avoid chlorine bleach (degrades nylon and DuraPrint™) and liquid fabric softener (leaves residue that reduces breathability and water resistance).

Do Not Iron or Dry Clean

Skip the iron — heat damages the synthetic fibers and water-resistant finish. Dry cleaning solvents strip the technical coatings.

Re-Apply DWR Periodically

After several washes, the water-resistant finish may fade. Restore DWR with a spray-on or wash-in treatment (like Nikwax TX Direct) to maintain rain performance.

Components:

All component items (wheels, drivetrains, suspension, brakes, etc.) ship within 4-7 business days of purchase.

Bicycles:

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Gear & Apparel:

Outdoor Gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 5-21 business days. Please reach out to us with the most up to date deliveries times as they vary per Manufacturer.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
