Spot Clean Leather

Wipe goat leather palm with a damp cloth after use — avoid soaking the leather, which can stiffen it. Use a leather-specific cleaner for stubborn dirt or stains.

Treat Leather Periodically

Apply a leather conditioner or waterproofing treatment 2-3 times per season to maintain suppleness and water resistance — extends leather life dramatically and keeps the palm supple for everyday wear.

Hand Wash Only

If the mitts need a full wash, hand wash gently in cold water with a mild technical detergent — avoid machine washing, which can damage the Alpin-Wool™ Plus 2L fabric and stiffen the leather palm.

Dry Thoroughly Between Uses

Open the cuff and let mitts air dry completely at room temperature after wet days — never dry near direct heat (radiator, fire, dryer). Heat damages the wool fibers and leather integrity.

Do Not Bleach, Iron, or Dry Clean

Avoid chlorine bleach (degrades wool and fleece), hot irons (melts synthetic fibers and damages leather), and dry-cleaning solvents (strips wool's natural oils and leather finish).

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Gear & Apparel:

Outdoor Gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 5-21 business days. Please reach out to us with the most up to date deliveries times as they vary per Manufacturer.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
