Rinse After Use
Remove loose dirt and debris with a soft brush after each run. Avoid harsh scrubbing on the Dyneema® upper to preserve the weave.
Hand Wash Only
Hand wash with cool water and a mild soap. Remove the insole and laces, and wash separately. Do not machine wash — agitation and heat can damage the Bio-Dyneema® upper and Arnitel® midsole.
Air Dry
Stuff with paper towels or a dry cloth to absorb moisture, then air dry at room temperature. Avoid direct heat sources (radiators, dryers, sunlight) — heat can deform the midsole and degrade the Dyneema® fibers.
Store Properly
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Loosen the laces to allow the seamless collar to maintain its shape. Avoid compression in tight spaces.
Maintain the Outsole
Periodically clear lodged rocks or mud from the 5mm lugs to preserve traction. Vibram® Megagrip Elite® is highly durable, but a quick brush keeps the bite sharp on technical terrain.
Replace When Worn
Trail shoes typically last 300–500 miles depending on terrain. When the lugs are worn smooth or you feel midsole fatigue, it's time for a new pair.

Bicycles:

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Riding Gear & Apparel:

Riding gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 2-5 business days.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
