Cleaning
Remove loose dirt and debris from the outsole after each run. Wipe the upper with a damp cloth and mild soap to remove mud, dust, and trail grime. Avoid machine washing, which can damage the Vibram outsole, the ZoomX foam, and the structural integrity of the shoe. Air dry at room temperature.
Drying
Remove the insoles and loosen the laces to allow airflow inside the shoe. Stuff with newspaper or paper towels to absorb moisture and maintain shape. Air dry at room temperature away from direct heat or sunlight. Avoid machine drying or placing near a radiator, as excessive heat can damage the foam and adhesive.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep the laces loose to maintain the upper's shape. If storing long-term, stuff the shoes with paper to help them retain their form. Avoid stacking heavy items on top of the shoes, which can compress the cushioning over time.
Outsole Care
Inspect the Vibram MegaGrip outsole regularly for wear or embedded debris. Remove any rocks or sticks stuck in the tread to prevent damage to the lugs. The Vibram rubber is highly durable, but trail running on rough terrain can accelerate wear. If the lugs become worn down, consider resoling or replacing the shoes to maintain traction.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
