Windproof, waterproof and adventure ready. We spent 5 days hiking through the Dolomite mountains in northeastern Italy to test this jacket. The lightweight 2.5L construction pairs with cinching features for a breathable feel that is ready for stormy gales. And when you don't need the coverage? Fold it into the pocket for compact storage.

Tested in the Dolomite Mountains
"We tested this jacket on a hut-to-hut trek through the Dolomite mountains. Via ferratas helped us scale verticals and meadows dotted with daisies invited us to weave flower crowns. To do it all, we needed a lightweight packable shell that could keep us dry in wind and rain" — the Phantazma was developed and field-tested in the Italian Alps under real alpine conditions. "Hut-to-hut trek" testing means the jacket was tested on multi-day treks with real-world use, not just in a lab.
2.5L Waterproof + Windproof Shell

Washing
Machine wash cold with like colors. The 2.5L waterproof membrane requires gentle care to maintain its properties. Use a technical wash cleaner designed for waterproof garments. Avoid bleach, fabric softeners, and harsh detergents, which can damage the DWR (Durable Water Repellent) coating and the membrane.
Drying
Tumble dry low or hang dry. The 2.5L shell benefits from occasional tumble drying on low heat to reactivate the DWR (Durable Water Repellent) coating. Avoid high heat, which can damage the waterproof membrane and the bungee adjusters.
DWR Reapplication
To restore the water-repellent finish after extensive washing, use a technical fabric DWR spray or wash-in treatment. The treatment creates a water-shedding layer on the outer fabric that helps maintain the waterproof performance over the life of the jacket. Reapply after every 5-10 washes for optimal performance.
Storage
Store hanging on a wide hanger in a cool, dry place. Avoid folding for long periods, as creases can damage the waterproof membrane. If storing for an extended time, stuff the jacket with paper to maintain its shape. Keep away from direct sunlight to prevent fading of the Black/Black/Black/Summit White colorway.
