Washing
Machine wash cold with like colors. Turn the socks inside-out before washing to protect the surface fibers and maintain the shape. Avoid bleach, which can damage the spandex and cotton fibers. Tumble dry low or hang dry.
Drying
Tumble dry low or hang dry. The Everyday Elevated's shape-retaining yarns dry quickly and maintain their structure. Avoid high heat, which can damage the spandex and cause the socks to lose their stretch and fit.
Storage
Store folded in a clean, dry place. Avoid stuffing socks into tight spaces, which can cause creases and compression. The mesh top of the sock allows for breathability during storage, preventing odor and mildew.
Replacement Cycle
Replace your socks every 6-12 months depending on use. The reinforced toe and heel extend the life of the Everyday Elevated, but high-mileage use will eventually wear through any sock. "Upgraded" materials help the socks last longer than previous versions, but all socks have a finite lifespan.

Bicycles:

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

 Gear & Apparel:

Outdoor Gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 5-21 business days. Please reach out to us with the most up to date deliveries times as they vary per Manufacturer. 

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
