Suede Care
Use a suede brush to remove dirt and restore the nap of the suede upper. For stubborn stains, use a suede eraser or suede-specific cleaner. Avoid getting the suede wet, as water can stain and damage the material. Stuff with paper when not wearing to help the mule hold its shape.
Cleaning
Wipe the rubber outsole with a damp cloth to remove dirt and salt. The foam midsole can be spot-cleaned with a mild soap solution. Avoid machine washing or submerging the shoe in water, as this can damage the suede, foam, and zipper components.
Zipper Care
Keep the zipper clean and lubricated for smooth operation. If the zipper becomes stiff, apply a small amount of zipper lubricant or candle wax to the teeth. Avoid forcing the zipper if it snags, as this can damage the teeth or pull. Store the Izy with the zipper partially open to maintain the spring tension.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Stuff with paper or use a shoe tree to help the mule hold its shape. Avoid storing in damp conditions, as moisture can damage the suede and cause the zipper to corrode.
Suede Protection
