We drew inspiration for these soft yet structured corduroy pants from the grassy meadows that sit beneath the towering Dolomite mountains. Since alpine conditions can change on a whim, we added a water-repellent finish for coverage in light rain.

The wales hold their shape through repeated wear while the surface keeps a velvet-like touch, making the pants equally at home on a cool trailhead or in town.
Dolomite Mountains Inspiration
"These pants were born out of a summons—a call from northeastern Italy we couldn't ignore: the Dolomite mountains" — the Dolomites are a craggy, gnarled range in northeastern Italy with mythical associations. "We scaled verticals, traipsed across meadows and explored caves" — the field research informs the design language, with the structured corduroy echoing the textures of alpine meadows and the colorways tuned to the range's earthy palette.
Water-Repellent Finish
"We added a water-repellent finish to help keep you dry in wet weather" — the DWR (durable water-repellent) treatment on the corduroy sheds light rain and snow, so a passing shower won't soak through. "Alpine conditions can change on a whim" — the finish is the insurance policy for the kind of weather that rolls in fast on exposed ridgelines and meadow approaches.

Machine Wash
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with like colors. Turn the pants inside-out before washing to protect the corduroy wales from crushing and the embroidered logos from abrasion. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners, which can break down the corduroy texture and the DWR water-repellent finish.
Drying
Tumble dry on low heat or hang to air dry. The polyester corduroy dries quickly on its own — air drying is recommended to extend the life of the DWR finish and the corduroy texture. Avoid high heat, which can crush the wales, shrink the elastic waistband, and damage the embroidered logos.
DWR Refresh
The water-repellent finish will wear off over time and with washing. Refresh the DWR treatment periodically with a spray-on re-proofing product designed for technical fabrics. A well-maintained DWR keeps light rain beading on the surface; if water stops beading and starts soaking into the corduroy, the DWR needs refreshing.
Corduroy Care
The corduroy wales can crush under heavy pressure — avoid stacking heavy items on top of the pants in storage. If the wales look flat after washing, a soft-bristle brush can lift them back up by brushing gently in the direction of the wales. Store the pants hanging or loosely folded to maintain the texture.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Hang from the belt loops or fold loosely along the wales to prevent creasing. Avoid storing the pants in damp conditions, which can degrade the DWR finish and the elastic waistband over time.
