Cleaning and Drying
Wipe the Tac poles dry after use, paying particular attention to the grips, shafts, baskets, and adjustment areas. Remove packed snow and grit with a soft cloth and allow every component to dry before storage.
Shaft and Hardware Inspection
Check the shafts for bends, cracks, deep scoring, and corrosion. Inspect grips, straps where present, basket threads, and attachment points for wear. Do not use poles with compromised shafts or insecure parts.
Fixed-Length Care
Avoid using the poles as levers or supports for lifting heavy loads. Check that the fixed shaft, grip, and basket connections remain straight and secure after impacts.
Baskets and Grips
Confirm that screw-off baskets are fully seated before skiing. Replace worn or missing baskets with compatible parts, and keep grip surfaces free of oils and damage.
Storage
Keep them where the shafts will not be bent by heavy gear or vehicle doors.

Components:

All component items (wheels, drivetrains, suspension, brakes, etc.) ship within 4-7 business days of purchase.

Bicycles:

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

 Gear & Apparel:

Outdoor Gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 5-21 business days. Please reach out to us with the most up to date deliveries times as they vary per Manufacturer. 

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
