Get Up. Get Up, Get Down. It might go something like that when your little one is learning how to ski, but hey, this pole grows with them through 30cm of adjustability. Ranging from 75cm to 105cm, The LINE Get Up Pole is ready to plant across the flats and rip down the mountain.

Cleaning and Drying
Wipe the Get Up poles dry after use, paying particular attention to the grips, shafts, baskets, and adjustment areas. Remove packed snow and grit with a soft cloth and allow every component to dry before storage.
Shaft and Hardware Inspection
Check the shafts for bends, cracks, deep scoring, and corrosion. Inspect grips, straps where present, basket threads, and attachment points for wear. Do not use poles with compromised shafts or insecure parts.
Adjustment Care
Extend and collapse the poles according to the manufacturer’s adjustment procedure. Keep the locking area clean and dry, avoid overtightening, and verify that each section is fully secured before use. Never extend beyond the marked safe range.
Baskets and Grips
Confirm that screw-off baskets are fully seated before skiing. Replace worn or missing baskets with compatible parts, and keep grip surfaces free of oils and damage.
Storage
Store the poles indoors in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heaters. Keep them where the shafts will not be bent by heavy gear, and recheck adjustable locks before the next use.

Components:

All component items (wheels, drivetrains, suspension, brakes, etc.) ship within 4-7 business days of purchase.

Bicycles:

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

 Gear & Apparel:

Outdoor Gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 5-21 business days. Please reach out to us with the most up to date deliveries times as they vary per Manufacturer. 

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
