Solution Comp JR Climbing Shoe

The Solution Comp JR is designed for the next generation of climbing champions, delivering elite-level grip, sensitivity, and precision in a shoe tailored for young, lightweight athletes (≤110 lb). Inspired by the Solution Comp, this model is built for competition and training, offering the same high-performance DNA in a design that supports developing foot muscles. The Vibram® XS Grip2™ half sole, featuring a gradual thickness variation, ensures optimal contact and spreadability on modern competition holds. With an ultra-sticky toe-patch for secure toe hooks, the patented Fast Lacing System™ and P3® System, this shoe is the perfect gateway to elite climbing — helping young athletes push their limits without compromise. Generally sized down 1–2 full EU sizes from a standard EU street shoe. A snug fit is recommended for optimal performance while remaining comfortable for growing feet.

Machine Washable
The microfiber upper and Vibram® XS Grip2™ rubber are machine-washable at 30 °C — use a gentle cycle in a mesh laundry bag. Air dry only; never tumble dry as heat damages the rubber.
Drying
Air dry at room temperature away from direct heat. Stuff with crumpled newspaper to absorb moisture and help the medium asymmetry, light downturned shape hold.
Sizing Check
Children's feet grow quickly — check fit every 2–3 months. Generally sized down 1–2 full EU sizes from your child's standard EU street shoe size; a snug fit is recommended for optimal performance.
Harness Lock™
The Harness Lock™ adjusts lacing tension across the top of the foot — release fully between sessions to prevent deformation of the upper and preserve closure.
Resoling
The differentiated 1.8–3.5 mm Vibram® XS Grip2™ half sole is resoleable, extending the life of the shoe well beyond the original tread. Have resoling done by a qualified cobbler familiar with competition climbing shoes.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Loosen the Fast Lacing System™ and Harness Lock™ fully to preserve the closure tabs and keep the downturned shape relaxed between sessions.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
