Cleaning
Brush off loose dirt with a soft-bristle brush after each use. Wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap if needed; avoid harsh detergents that strip water-repellent treatments.
Drying
Air dry at room temperature only. Never place near direct heat sources (radiators, fires, hair dryers) — heat damages glue bonds, delaminates soles, and breaks down insulation.
Storage
Unbuckle or loosen all straps before storing. Keep in a cool, dry, ventilated space away from direct sunlight. Use boot shapers or crumpled paper to maintain form.
Resoling
Vibram® resoling is available through the La Sportiva service center for eligible models. Contact La Sportiva customer service for a quote and shipping instructions.

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Riding gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 3-10 business days.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
