Combining climbing precision with approach-shoe comfort, these hyper-specialised footwear are engineered to support the demands of indoor professionals. An asymmetrical climbing-inspired lacing system provides a customisable fit and protects the laces during toe hooks. Cleaning
Brush off chalk and surface dust from the toe patch and rubber heel with a stiff bristle brush after each shift. Wipe the upper with a damp cloth and mild soap if needed; avoid soaking the climbing-inspired lacing system.
Drying
Air dry at room temperature away from direct heat. The TX Setter is built for warm indoor environments, but allowing the upper to fully dry between shifts prevents material breakdown.
Lace Care
The asymmetrical lacing system is tuned to protect laces during toe hooks — inspect laces periodically for fraying, especially where they cross the toe-hook zone. Replace laces at first sign of damage.
Vibram® Megagrip™ Elite Sole Care
The Megagrip™ Elite compound is engineered for indoor textured surfaces — avoid prolonged exposure to outdoor rough terrain (gravel, asphalt) which wears down the climbing-tuned lug pattern. Brush the outsole clean of chalk dust and surface debris to maintain edge precision.
Resoling
The TX Setter is fully resoleable, extending the life of the shoe well beyond the original outsole — critical for the high wear pattern of route-setting work. Have resoling done by a qualified cobbler familiar with climbing shoe construction.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Loosen the asymmetrical lacing fully to preserve the lacing hardware and keep the upper relaxed between shifts.

Components:

All component items (wheels, drivetrains, suspension, brakes, etc.) ship within 4-7 business days of purchase.

Bicycles:

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

 Gear & Apparel:

Outdoor Gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 5-21 business days. Please reach out to us with the most up to date deliveries times as they vary per Manufacturer. 

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
