Cleaning
Brush off ice, dirt, and salt with a stiff bristle brush after each outing. Wipe the water-repellent fabric upper and 1.8 mm FriXion® ECO outsole with lukewarm water and mild soap; rinse and towel dry.
Drying
Air dry at room temperature away from direct heat or radiators. Open the internal quick lacing fully to allow airflow through the anti-perspiration microfiber lining and water-resistant/insulating membranes.
Crampon Inspection
The carbon sole's threaded inserts are precision components — inspect before each outing and verify the Cassin® Dry Crampon threads in cleanly. Replace the boot if the threaded inserts are stripped or the carbon sole delaminates around the crampon mounting points.
Membrane Care
The water-resistant and insulating membranes are critical for warmth and dryness. Periodically revive repellency with a spray-on DWR treatment designed for technical ice climbing boots.
Lacing Hardware
The internal quick lacing is glove-friendly but has small mechanical parts — inspect the lacing mechanism periodically for wear or ice damage, especially after winter climbing seasons.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Unthread the Cassin® Dry Crampon for long-term storage to prevent galvanic corrosion between the carbon sole and crampon steel.

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Outdoor Gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 5-21 business days. Please reach out to us with the most up to date deliveries times as they vary per Manufacturer. 

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
