Machine-Washable
The HyperEZ is fully machine-washable — use cold water on a gentle cycle in a mesh laundry bag. Air dry only; never tumble dry as heat damages the rubber and EVA midsole.
Cleaning Between Sessions
Brush off chalk dust and surface debris from the FriXion® XF 2.0 outsole with a stiff bristle brush. Wipe the 100% recycled air mesh upper with a damp cloth and mild soap if needed.
Drying
Air dry at room temperature away from direct heat or sunlight. The unlined toe and breathable 100% recycled 3D air mesh heel lining promote natural evaporation.
Strap Care
The dual-crossed hook-and-loop straps can collect chalk and lint — brush periodically and replace if the hook material loses grip.
SenseGrip™ Midsole Care
The patented SenseGrip™ midsole combines soft EVA cushioning with mechanical grip elements. Avoid prolonged compression (storing under heavy gear) which can fatigue the EVA over time.
Resoling
The HyperEZ is fully resoleable using La Sportiva parts — have resoling done by a qualified cobbler familiar with SenseGrip™ midsole technology to preserve the mechanical grip elements.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Leave the dual-crossed straps slightly undone to preserve the hook material and avoid compression of the SenseGrip™ midsole.

Components:

All component items (wheels, drivetrains, suspension, brakes, etc.) ship within 4-7 business days of purchase.

Bicycles:

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

 Gear & Apparel:

Outdoor Gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 5-21 business days. Please reach out to us with the most up to date deliveries times as they vary per Manufacturer. 

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
