Strap Care
The 3D Single Strap is durable for the rough use young riders give their gear. Inspect periodically for wear — the Kids One Strap design is built for self-strapping but should be checked for damage. The CamLock™ centering mechanism keeps the strap properly positioned.
Chassis & Mounting Care
The Grom chassis is built for the young shredder's use. Wipe off dirt and grime with a damp cloth after riding. The 4x4 mounting discs should be kept clear of ice buildup — periodically check that the disc system is functioning properly.
Highback Care
The Grom Highback is durable but designed to flex for forgiveness. Inspect periodically for wear or damage. The highback should be kept clean and free of debris that could affect its flex pattern.
Storage
Store the bindings in a cool, dry place between sessions. The 100% toolless system means you can fully release all tension for long-term storage. The Grom chassis should be kept clean and dry — wipe completely after riding in wet conditions.

Shipping Policy

Components:

All component items (wheels, drivetrains, suspension, brakes, etc.) ship within 4-7 business days of purchase.

Bicycles:

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

 Gear & Apparel:

Outdoor Gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 5-21 business days. Please reach out to us with the most up to date deliveries times as they vary per Manufacturer. 

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
