With helmet clips to keep your young one's goggles in place and a customizable K2Dialed fit system that grows with them, the Illusion helmet offers up stylish protection for the pint-sized shredder.

In-Mold Construction
K2's premium construction for an ultra-lightweight performance features an EPS liner molded directly to a polycarbonate shell. The result is construction so light that you'll forget you're wearing a helmet.
Passive Channel Venting
Channels on the inside surface of the EPS direct air-flow between your head and the helmet, removing moisture and excess heat for all day comfort.
Full Wrap Liner
A comfortable, washable, full-coverage, and breathable liner design wicks moisture to prevent overheating and seamlessly integrates K2's fit and audio systems.
K2Dialed™ Fit System
The K2Dialed™ Fit System creates a custom-fitting helmet no matter what your head shape is. An ergonomically inspired three-point adjustable interface maximizes fit and customization with the twist of a dial. This allows for the ultimate convenience of being able to make fit adjustments on the fly.
Goggle Clip Integration
Built-in helmet clips at the back keep your young rider's goggles locked in place when they pull them up between runs — no more dropped goggles, no more lost goggles on the lift line.

Liner Cleaning
Remove the full wrap liner and hand-wash with mild soap and warm water — kids' helmets collect sweat and snack crumbs faster than adult lids. Air dry completely before reinstalling.
Shell Cleaning
Wipe the outer shell with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid solvents, petroleum-based cleaners, and aerosol sprays that can degrade the polycarbonate or ABS shell.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources. UV and trunk heat degrade the shell glue and EPS over a season or two. A helmet bag protects the finish and keeps goggle clips from snagging on gear in the bag.
Sizing Check
Check the fit every season — kids grow fast. The K2Dialed™ system lets you dial out as the head grows, but helmets that are too tight or too loose should be replaced. A good fit is snug all the way around with the dial snug at the back.
Replacement
Replace the helmet after any significant impact — even impacts that don't show visible damage can compress the EPS. K2 recommends replacement after 3-5 years of regular use even without a crash. For hand-me-down helmets, check the manufacture date on the inside sticker.

Bicycles:

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

 Gear & Apparel:

Outdoor Gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 5-21 business days. Please reach out to us with the most up to date deliveries times as they vary per Manufacturer. 

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
