The manufacturing process relies on over 39% solar-powered electricity, and the packaging is FSC certified, utilizing cardboard and recycled paper instead of plastics. US Women's sizing. S fits smaller women's feet (US Women's 5-9), M fits larger (US Women's 7-11). The Network's 2-size run covers most women's boot sizes.

Strap Care
The GT1 Ankle Strap and PerfectFit™ Toe Strap are designed for long-term durability. Inspect periodically for wear and replace if needed. The Hinge Mount and MultiMount™ Ankle Strap Mount Points allow customization — adjust strap position to your riding style and foot size.
Chassis Care
The ProFusion™ fiberglass-filled-nylon chassis is built for durability. Wipe off dust and grime with a damp cloth after riding. The Multi-Compatible Disc should be kept clear of ice buildup — periodically check that the disc and module system are functioning properly.
Footbed + Lean System Care
The Sugarcane EVA Footbed with EcoHarshmellow™ Pods absorbs vibrations and resists compression. Periodically remove the footbed to air out. The Leanblock + forward lean system should be checked periodically for proper function.
Storage
Store the bindings in a cool, dry place between sessions. The 100% toolless system means you can fully release all tension for long-term storage. The EcoHarshmellow™ pods and Sugarcane EVA construction are eco-friendly and built to last.

Components:

All component items (wheels, drivetrains, suspension, brakes, etc.) ship within 4-7 business days of purchase.

Bicycles:

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

 Gear & Apparel:

Outdoor Gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 5-21 business days. Please reach out to us with the most up to date deliveries times as they vary per Manufacturer. 

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
