A staple in the K2 Snowboarding boot line — the Haven is the perfect all-mountain option for boarders who want a softer flexing boot with deluxe features for exploring new terrain. A long-time favorite of resort employees and progressing snowboarders alike, K2 packed all the essentials into the Haven. The BOA® Fit System featuring H5 Coiler securely closes the shell using TX3 BOA® lace for the perfect fit, helping to get in and out of the boots at the beginning and end of the day. Fast-In liner lacing maximizes fit and keeps the liner snug against the contours of your feet. The ultra-warm, heat-moldable, and breathable Intuition™ Comfort Foam 3D liner hugs every nook and cranny for a great fit right out of the box. Internal and external J-bars increase responsiveness when turning, wrapping your ankles with support and cushion.

Liner Care
Remove the Intuition™ Comfort Foam 3D liner periodically to air out. Heat-moldable for custom fit; have a qualified boot fitter handle any custom molding for best results. The comfort-focused foam breaks in quickly for immediate riding comfort.
BOA® System Care
The BOA® H5 Coiler dial is designed for years of use — keep the dial free of snow and ice by tapping after each run. The TX3 textile lace is replaceable through K2 customer service if frayed.
Fast-In Liner Lacing Care
The traditional pull-lace Fast-In system is replaceable if it frays. Inspect periodically for wear and replace as needed. The pull-tab should be secured loosely between sessions to prevent stretching.
Shell & RollSole™ Outsole Care
Wipe the shell with a damp cloth after riding to remove salt and grime. The RollSole™ outsole provides flexibility for tweaks/grabs/drop-knee turns — clean packed snow with a stiff brush. Inspect for wear periodically.
Storage & Sizing
Store the boots in a cool, dry place between sessions. Loosen the BOA® dial between rides to extend the life of the closure system. The Haven uses US Women's sizing (5–11) and has a broad range to fit most women's feet.

Components:

All component items (wheels, drivetrains, suspension, brakes, etc.) ship within 4-7 business days of purchase.

Bicycles:

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

 Gear & Apparel:

Outdoor Gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 5-21 business days. Please reach out to us with the most up to date deliveries times as they vary per Manufacturer. 

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
