(Fit Optimization for Ride and Mobility) Wrap Solution — an innovative three-panel design developed in collaboration with BOA® that wraps seamlessly from the medial to lateral side of the foot for a true custom fit. Powered by BOA® Fit System PerformFit™ Wrap featuring dual H5 dials, the upper shell tightens and actively draws the heel into the pocket, maximizing response while eliminating heel lift. Inside, the Intuition™ Control Foam 3D Wrap Liner brings heat-moldable dual-density foam for a fit that's dialed, warm, and supremely comfortable. The Vibram® V5 Outsole with Harshmellow™ damping eats up impact and grips icy boot packs. A reinforced rubber toe cap rounds things out for added durability and wet-weather defense.

BOA® System Care
The BOA® H5 Coiler dials are designed for years of use — keep the dials free of snow and ice by tapping after each run. If the lace frays, replacement lace kits are available through K2 customer service.
Liner Care
Remove the Intuition™ Control Foam 3D Wrap Liner periodically to air out. The S'Cafe™ coffee mesh helps combat odor but daily airflow keeps the boot fresh. Heat-moldable for custom fit; have a qualified boot fitter handle any custom molding for best results.
Shell & Toe Cap Care
Wipe the shell with a damp cloth after riding to remove salt and grime. The reinforced rubber toe cap is durable but inspect for wear periodically — it's your first line of defense against heavy landings and wet conditions.
Harness & Internal Tech
The 3-Point Internal Harness is fixed (not removable). Check the J-Bars periodically to ensure they're seated properly — they add structure and reduce heel lift, key for the locked-in feel.
Storage & Sizing
Store the boots in a cool, dry place between sessions. Loosen the BOA® dials between rides to extend the life of the closure system. The Theory uses US Men's sizing and spans the widest range in the K2 boot lineup — 6 through 15.

Shipping Policy

Components:

All component items (wheels, drivetrains, suspension, brakes, etc.) ship within 4-7 business days of purchase.

Bicycles:

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

 Gear & Apparel:

Outdoor Gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 5-21 business days. Please reach out to us with the most up to date deliveries times as they vary per Manufacturer. 

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
