Co-designed with legendary snowboard builder Taro Tamai — the K2 Taro Tamai Snowsurfer is a soft and flexible snowboard boot for maximizing range of motion and flexibility. Built to finesse turns, with fit and flex customization that's second-to-none and only the finest materials and tech making the cut. The shell BOA® Fit System with dual-zone configuration — featuring a dedicated H5 BOA® Coiler for the upper shell and another for the lower shell — delivers the best possible blend of fit and adjustment. Inside, a micro-adjustable and removable 3-point harness offers targeted flex and support, paired with a fully heat-moldable and breathable Intuition™ Pro Foam 3D Wrap liner with SpaceHeater™ technology. The shell is built with HDR premium synthetic materials for durability, and the Vibram® Rollsole™ outsole with Eco-Harshmellow™ delivers industry-leading range of motion and vibration damping. BOA® Zonal Fit System with H5 Coiler
Dual-dial Zonal BOA® configuration with a dedicated H5 Coiler for the upper shell and another for the lower shell — delivers a micro-adjustable, multi-directional fit for ultimate feel and board control. The fine-tuned fit helps achieve the ultimate experience in both feel and control.
Intuition® Pro Foam 3D Wrap Liner with SpaceHeater™
A premium, fully heat-moldable and breathable liner built with Intuition® foam and lined with breathable heat-reflective SpaceHeater™ technology for superior warmth and comfort. Reflects body heat back to the feet to keep them warm and dry on even the coldest of days.
3-Point Harness
Micro-adjustable and removable 3-point harness gives the rider the choice of how much ankle hold to lock in. Pairs with the Intuition liner for targeted flex and support on the surf-inspired ride.
Vibram® Rollsole™ Outsole
Designed with mobility in mind — the Rollsole™ outsole provides additional range of motion without sacrificing support. Ergonomically designed for the surfy flex profile that Taro Tamai designs for.
HDR Premium Synthetic Shell
Built with HDR premium synthetic materials for long-lasting durability — no shortcuts, no filler, just clean style that withstands seasons of hard riding. Lighter than the RS's leather shell while maintaining premium performance.
Internal & External J-Bars
J-Bars added to the liner help add structure and reduce heel lift — improves the boot's overall hold and power transfer while keeping the soft, surf-inspired flex that defines the Taro Tamai ride.
Dual-Density EVA Footbed + Eco Materials
Dual-density EVA footbed cradles the foot for all-day comfort, while the 95% post-consumer recycled coffee mesh lining naturally absorbs foot odor. Eco-Harshmellow™ pods in the outsole dampen vibration without bulk.

Liner Care
Remove the Intuition® Pro Foam 3D Wrap liner periodically to air out and prevent odor — the recycled coffee mesh helps combat odor but daily airflow keeps the boot fresh. Heat-moldable for custom fit; have a qualified boot fitter handle any custom molding for best results.
BOA® System Care
The BOA® H5 Coiler dials are designed for years of use — keep the dials free of snow and ice by tapping after each run. If the lace frays, replacement lace kits are available through K2 customer service.
Shell & Outsole Care
Wipe the HDR synthetic shell with a damp cloth after riding to remove salt and grime. The Vibram® Rollsole™ outsole can be cleaned with a stiff brush to remove packed snow — the Eco-Harshmellow™ pods will continue dampening vibration even with packed snow.
Storage
Store the boots in a cool, dry place between sessions. Loosen the BOA® dials and release the harness tension between rides to extend the life of the closure system. Keep buckles and latches open to let the liner air out.
Sizing & Fit
The Taro Tamai Snowsurfer uses unisex sizing (select Men's if you're a man, Women's if you're a woman). For the best fit, size down 1cm from your measured foot length (Mondopoint). The heat-moldable Intuition® liner customizes to your foot shape over time.

Shipping Policy

Components:

All component items (wheels, drivetrains, suspension, brakes, etc.) ship within 4-7 business days of purchase.

Bicycles:

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

 Gear & Apparel:

Outdoor Gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 5-21 business days. Please reach out to us with the most up to date deliveries times as they vary per Manufacturer. 

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
