Crafted in collaboration with legendary snowboard builder Taro Tamai, the K2 Taro Tamai Snowsurfer RS is a premium evolution of the iconic TT Snowsurfer — designed for riders who prioritize a soft, surf-inspired flex that finesse turns naturally and rides with intention. Every material is carefully selected for performance, comfort, and lasting durability. The all-new F.O.R.M. (Fit Optimization for Ride and Mobility) Wrap System uses an asymmetrical three-panel design that fits seamlessly around the foot for a custom feel with no pressure points. BOA® Fit System PerformFit™ Wrap with H5 Coiler and low-friction TX3 lace deliver micro-adjustable control through dual dials that independently adjust the upper and lower zones. Inside, a heat-moldable Intuition™ Pro Foam 3D Wrap liner pairs with a removable 3-point harness for a customizable fit. SpaceHeater™ technology reflects body heat back to the feet, eco-friendly recycled coffee mesh combats odor, and the Vibram® Rollsole™ outsole with Eco-Harshmellow™ delivers industry-leading range of motion and vibration dampening.

Liner Care
Remove the Intuition™ Pro Foam 3D Wrap liner periodically to air out and prevent odor — the recycled coffee mesh helps combat odor but daily airflow keeps the boot fresh. Heat-moldable for custom fit; have a qualified boot fitter handle any custom molding.
BOA® System Care
The BOA® H5 Coiler dial and TX3 lace are designed for years of use — keep the dial free of snow and ice by tapping after each run. If the lace frays, replacement lace kits are available through K2 customer service.
Shell & Outsole Care
Wipe the real leather and synthetic shell with a damp cloth after riding to remove salt and grime. The Vibram® Rollsole™ outsole can be cleaned with a stiff brush to remove packed snow — the Eco-Harshmellow™ pods will continue dampening vibration even with packed snow.
Storage
Store the boots in a cool, dry place between sessions. Loosen the BOA® dials and remove the harness tension between rides to extend the life of the closure system. Keep buckles and latches open to let the liner air out.
Sizing & Fit
The Taro Tamai RS uses US Men's sizing — for the best fit, size down 1cm from your measured foot length (Mondopoint). The heat-moldable Intuition™ liner customizes to your foot shape over time, so the boot may feel slightly tight out of the box but break in to a perfect fit.

All component items (wheels, drivetrains, suspension, brakes, etc.) ship within 4-7 business days of purchase.

Bicycles:

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

 Gear & Apparel:

Outdoor Gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 5-21 business days. Please reach out to us with the most up to date deliveries times as they vary per Manufacturer. 

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
