Spot clean the exterior with a damp cloth and mild soap. Allow to air dry completely before storing — moisture trapped in a sealed bag can damage the board's base and edges over time.
Storage
Roll the top down and store in a cool, dry place. Avoid leaving the sleeve in direct sunlight or a hot car where heat can weaken adhesives and warp the bag's shape.
Hardware Check
Inspect the carry strap and stitching at the start of each season. A fraying strap or popped seam is a quick repair that prevents bigger mid-trip failures.
Transport
Roll from the top to keep the closure tight and the board centered inside. Tossing the bag with a loose roll lets the board shift and can let road debris in.

Bicycles:

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

 Gear & Apparel:

Outdoor Gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 5-21 business days. Please reach out to us with the most up to date deliveries times as they vary per Manufacturer. 

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
