Microfiber bag

Lens Cleaning

Clean with the included microfiber bag and a small amount of water or lens cleaner. Never use paper towels, a shirt hem, or household cleaners — grit and fabric fibers scratch the lens coatings and permanently degrade optical clarity.

Frame Care

Rinse salt and sweat off the frame and megol pads after every session with fresh water, especially if you fish in saltwater. Salt crystal buildup degrades the pads and hinges over time. Dry with a soft cloth before storing.

Storage

Store in the hard case provided, in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Never leave the glasses loose in a boat console, glove box, or dashboard — heat and pressure will warp the frame and damage the lenses.

Polarized Lens Care

Place polarized lenses face-down on a clean, soft surface when not in use to prevent scratches against the frame or case lining. Do not stack polarized lenses directly against other polarized lenses.

Handling

Use the temples, not the lenses, when handling. Attach the integrated leash before working rigged water or landing fish, and confirm the leash is fully seated in its anchor point before you start.

Shipping Policy

Components:

All component items (wheels, drivetrains, suspension, brakes, etc.) ship within 4-7 business days of purchase.

Bicycles:

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Gear & Apparel:

Outdoor Gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 5-21 business days. Please reach out to us with the most up to date deliveries times as they vary per Manufacturer.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
