Cleaning
Clean with a clean microfiber cloth and a lens-specific cleaner. Never use paper towel, a shirt hem, or household glass cleaner — particulates and solvents will scratch the coating and haze the optics.
Handling
Handle by the temples and frame rather than the lens surface. Fingerprints and skin oils are the fastest way to reduce clarity, so clean before wearing and avoid gripping the lenses.
Lens Changes
Wipe grit and dust from the lens channel and the frame groove before swapping, so the new lens seats flat and the fit stays aligned.
Frame Care
Rinse sweat and salt off the TR90 frame with cool water and dry with a soft cloth. The flexible nylon is durable but prolonged exposure to salt and sunscreen can degrade the finish over time.
Storage
Store in a hard case or microfiber pouch with the lenses facing inward and nothing resting against the glass. Avoid loose pockets with keys, tools, or loose change.
Fit Adjustment
If the nose pads lose grip over time, clean them with isopropyl alcohol and a cotton swab to restore the non-slip surface before readjusting the fit.

Components:

All component items (wheels, drivetrains, suspension, brakes, etc.) ship within 4-7 business days of purchase.

Bicycles:

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

 Gear & Apparel:

Outdoor Gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 5-21 business days. Please reach out to us with the most up to date deliveries times as they vary per Manufacturer. 

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
