Full Storm Guard at Center Front
Internal storm guard runs the full length of the center front zipper — blocks wind and light precip from penetrating the zipper line, the most common leak point on a lightweight insulated vest.
Locker Loop at Back Neck

Cleaning
Machine wash cold with like colors. Use a mild detergent. Close snaps and zippers before washing. Avoid bleach and fabric softener — they degrade the recycled polyester insulation and strip the C0 DWR finish on the face fabric.
Drying
Tumble dry on low to medium heat to reactivate the C0 DWR finish on the shell — restores water beading across the face fabric. High heat can damage the recycled polyester fill.
DWR Maintenance
If the shell starts wetting out (water soaking into the face fabric instead of beading), wash and tumble dry on low to reactivate the DWR, or apply a C0/PFAS-free DWR refresh spray rated for polyester face fabrics.
Snap Care
Hidden snaps at the hand pockets can lose grip over time — if a snap stops securing, brush the snap and socket with a stiff brush to clear fabric fibers and debris that can interfere with the closure.
Storage
Hang on a standard hanger in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight — use the back-neck locker loop on a hook for everyday hanging. Don't store compressed; the recycled polyester fill needs room to maintain its loft.

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Riding Gear & Apparel:

Riding gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 2-5 business days.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
