Each pack is made from a unique combination of repurposed deadstock fabrics. Color combinations received will vary from what's pictured. Cotopaxi chooses the colors at random at the factory — no two packs are exactly alike. Factory employees have creative control over color matching.

The 18L Luzon Backpack is your easy-going and spontaneous adventure companion. Featuring a hardy yet lightweight ripstop nylon shell and ultralight, mesh shoulder straps, the pack is durable and extra comfy to carry. Thanks to its roomy main compartment, it can fit just about anything.

Stuff-and-Cinch Packable Design
Stuff the entire pack into its own pocket to compress for travel/backup-bag storage. Mac W. (5★): "World's best, lightest, sturdiest inflight underseat 'personal item' ZERO space wasted on senseless padding."
Lightweight Ripstop Nylon Shell
Hardy but lightweight ripstop nylon shell — durable for daily use and travel, light enough to pack as a backup bag. Andrew K. (5★): "Nice and light weight with lots of room for taking the things that you need with you."
Ultralight Mesh Shoulder Straps
Ultralight mesh shoulder straps — breathable and low-bulk. Cole H. (2★, 10-year owner): "It has withstood the test of time and many harsh adventures" but flagged the straps are uncomfortable for some users during extended wear.
Top Drawstring Closure

Spot Cleaning
Wipe down with a damp cloth and mild soap for everyday marks. The ripstop nylon cleans up easily.
Washing
Hand wash cold if needed. Avoid machine washing to protect the mesh shoulder straps, drawstring closure, and hydration sleeve.
Drying
Air dry fully open at room temperature. Dries fast due to ultralight fabric. Fully dry before re-stuffing into its own pocket.
Bleach
Do not bleach.
Ironing
Do not iron.
Storage
Stuff into its own pocket for compact travel backup-bag storage. Avoid long-term compression in tight spaces (can stress the mesh shoulder straps).

All component items (wheels, drivetrains, suspension, brakes, etc.) ship within 2-5 business days of purchase.

Bicycles:

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Riding Gear & Apparel:

Riding gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 2-5 business days.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
