Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with like colors. Use a mild detergent. Close all zippers and fasteners before washing.
What to Avoid
Do not use bleach or fabric softeners, as they can break down the DWR finish and stretch fibers.
Drying
Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not iron. Do not dry clean.
Reactivating DWR
To restore water repellency after repeated washes, tumble dry low or use a cool iron over a cloth once fully dry.

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Outdoor Gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 5-21 business days. Please reach out to us with the most up to date deliveries times as they vary per Manufacturer. 

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
