Keep your bag hanging if possible, or in its included mesh storage sack. Store in a cool, dry place away from heat sources.
Cleaning
Instructions
Even dirtbags wash their bags! Machine wash in a washing machine WITHOUT AN AGITATOR, agitators are likely to cause damage to your gear. Oversized bags require oversized machines, you may need to go to a laundromat to wash your larger bags. Wash on a warm, gentle cycle. Use gear specific soap, we recommend Nikwax Down Wash Direct. Rinse twice. Tumble dry low heat with clean tennis balls. Finish by drying on high heat in 5 minute intervals to loft down. *Allow to cool between intervals to avoid damage to shell*. Do not use fabric softeners. Do not bleach. Do not iron. Do not dry clean.
Repairs and Warranty
Coverage
All Big Agnes gear is guaranteed against manufacturing or material defect. We do not warranty products damaged from normal wear and tear, alteration made by owner, misuse, accidents, or damages caused by uses other than intended. Damage due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or improper care may be repaired, at the discretion of Big Agnes, at a reasonable charge. Gear returned for repair must be clean and free of debris.

Shipping Policy

Components:

All component items (wheels, drivetrains, suspension, brakes, etc.) ship within 1–4 business days of purchase.

Bicycles:

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Riding Gear & Apparel:

Riding gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 1–3 business days.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
