A light and compact insulated pad with a smooth and stable sleeping surface of vertical baffles, made using recycled fabric. Stay warm with an insulation system featuring THERMOLITE®, along with heat reflective film for maximum efficiency. Lightweight warmth, comfort, and reliability at an awesome value!

Guidelines
Ensure your pad is completely dry before rolling and folding into included stuff sack. Store in a cool, dry place away from heat sources.
Cleaning
Instructions
Spot Clean Only. Use mild soap, warm water, and a clean sponge. Lay flat to dry. Do not machine wash or tumble dry. Do not bleach, iron, or dry clean.
Repairs and Warranty
Coverage
All Big Agnes gear is guaranteed against manufacturing or material defect. We do not warranty products damaged from normal wear and tear, alteration made by owner, misuse, accidents, or damages caused by uses other than intended. Damage due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or improper care may be repaired, at the discretion of Big Agnes, at a reasonable charge. Gear returned for repair must be clean and free of debris.

Shipping Policy

Components:

All component items (wheels, drivetrains, suspension, brakes, etc.) ship within 1–4 business days of purchase.

Bicycles:

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Riding Gear & Apparel:

Riding gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 1–3 business days.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
