Beacon Checks & Batteries
Run the beacon self-check and group transmit/search check before every trip. Use fresh AAA alkaline batteries as specified, replace the full set together, and keep the display, controls, and harness in good condition.
Probe & Shovel Inspection
Fully deploy and lock the probe before each outing, checking every section and the cable. Assemble the shovel and inspect its blade, shaft, grip, and locking points for damage.
Cleaning & Drying
Brush snow and debris from all components after use. Dry the probe sections, shovel joints, and beacon harness thoroughly; spot clean fabric parts and avoid direct heat or harsh solvents.
Rescue Training & Storage
Store the kit dry and complete so no component is forgotten. Complete regular hands-on training in signal search, pinpointing, probing, assembly, and strategic shoveling; owning rescue equipment does not replace avalanche education.

Shipping Policy

Components:

All component items (wheels, drivetrains, suspension, brakes, etc.) ship within 4-7 business days of purchase.

Bicycles:

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

 Gear & Apparel:

Outdoor Gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 5-21 business days. Please reach out to us with the most up to date deliveries times as they vary per Manufacturer. 

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
