Instrument Checks
Verify that the slope meter, crystal card, thermometer, loupe, and ECT cord are all present and undamaged before each snow-study session.
Cleaning & Optics
Clean the crystal-card surfaces and loupe lens with non-abrasive materials. Keep the ECT cord teeth and handles free of packed snow and dry the sling and case after use.
Thermometer & Slope Meter
Handle the analog thermometer carefully and check calibration as directed. Keep the slope-meter tube, compass, and scraper edges clean and intact.
Storage & Education
Dry every tool before returning it to the zippered case. Store the organized kit in a dry place and use formal avalanche education to interpret observations correctly.

Shipping Policy

Components:

All component items (wheels, drivetrains, suspension, brakes, etc.) ship within 4-7 business days of purchase.

Bicycles:

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

 Gear & Apparel:

Outdoor Gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 5-21 business days. Please reach out to us with the most up to date deliveries times as they vary per Manufacturer. 

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
