BCA Float™ E2 MtnPro Airbag Vest (Previous Generation)

This earlier-generation listing presents BCA’s dedicated sled-specific Float E2 avalanche airbag vest for mountain snowmobiling. Gearing up is easy with this all-in-one, lightweight, and protective vest. One millimeter of hard shell ABS sandwiched between two layers of PE foam provides full front, side, and back protection. Fifteen liters of capacity plus built-in integration for a Tracker™ avalanche transceiver and BC Link™ radio makes storing your essential gear a breeze. External shovel carry allows for quick access to your assembled shovel for efficient digging. The 162-liter airbag is designed to increase buoyancy and help reduce burial depth while providing head and neck coverage. Its Alpride E2 supercapacitor powers the compressor, with optional AA batteries supporting additional deployments and charge maintenance as specified.

E2 System Checks
Before each trip, charge and test the Alpride E2 system as directed in the manual. Check AA battery condition where installed, and inspect the trigger, airbag, zipper paths, and leg strap before entering avalanche terrain.
Deployment & Service
After any deployment, follow the manufacturer reset and inspection procedure. Recharge the supercapacitor system and arrange qualified inspection if the airbag, trigger, housing, or wiring has been damaged.
Fabric & Hardware Care
Brush off snow and dirt, then spot clean with mild soap and water. Do not machine wash or dry. Air dry the vest and removable torso-protection components fully away from direct heat, and inspect zippers, straps, and carry attachments for damage.
Storage & Avalanche Training
Store the system dry and follow the manual for battery or cylinder storage. An airbag does not guarantee survival; carry a beacon, shovel, and probe, check the avalanche forecast, and obtain proper rescue and decision-making training.

Bicycles:

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

 Gear & Apparel:

Outdoor Gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 5-21 business days. Please reach out to us with the most up to date deliveries times as they vary per Manufacturer. 

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
