BCA Float™ E2-45 Avalanche Airbag

The ultimate avalanche airbag pack designed for pros, ski patrollers, guides, and those heading out for long tours or overnight missions. This is our burliest Float E2 pack with an expandable roll top to maximize volume and a quick-cinch top closure to make frequent gear access a breeze. Featuring the full range of Float E2 features, including our innovative Side Stash pocket, Back Stash zip, and curved side access zip. Removable compression straps allow you to cinch the pack down when not using its full capacity. The 162-liter airbag is designed to increase buoyancy and help reduce burial depth while providing head and neck coverage. Its Alpride E2 supercapacitor powers the compressor, with optional AA batteries supporting additional deployments and charge maintenance as specified.

Side Stash pocket

E2 System Checks
Before each trip, charge and test the Alpride E2 system as directed in the manual. Check AA battery condition where installed, and inspect the trigger, airbag, zipper paths, and leg strap before entering avalanche terrain.
Deployment & Service
After any deployment, follow the manufacturer reset and inspection procedure. Recharge the supercapacitor system and arrange qualified inspection if the airbag, trigger, housing, or wiring has been damaged.
Fabric & Hardware Care
Brush off snow and dirt, then spot clean with mild soap and water. Do not machine wash or dry. Air dry the pack fabrics and back panel fully away from direct heat, and inspect zippers, straps, and carry attachments for damage.
Storage & Avalanche Training
Store the system dry and follow the manual for battery or cylinder storage. An airbag does not guarantee survival; carry a beacon, shovel, and probe, check the avalanche forecast, and obtain proper rescue and decision-making training.

Shipping Policy

Components:

All component items (wheels, drivetrains, suspension, brakes, etc.) ship within 4-7 business days of purchase.

Bicycles:

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

 Gear & Apparel:

Outdoor Gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 5-21 business days. Please reach out to us with the most up to date deliveries times as they vary per Manufacturer. 

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
