After Each Run
Remove insoles and loosen laces to air out and let the shoe dry naturally.
Cleaning
Wipe clean with a damp cloth and a small amount of mild soap. Use a soft brush on the outsole to remove dirt and road debris.
Drying
Air dry at room temperature away from direct heat or sunlight. Stuff with paper to absorb moisture and hold shape.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place. Keep out of direct sunlight to prevent the Lightstrike Pro foam and Energy Rods from breaking down.
Machine Wash
Do not machine wash or tumble dry — heat and agitation can damage the foam, Energy Rods, and adhesives.
