Ride Lowride Snowboard

The Ride Lowride Snowboard is designed for all mountain, park riding with a mellow response. Zero Camber provides a stable platform for young riders to progress while a Quadratic Sidecut improves turn initiation, exit and overall edge grip. Board flex is optimized for small children allowing for easy turn initiation. The Lowride is a kid’s board for riders focused on progression and durability.

Profile, Shape & Sidecut
Zero Camber: A predominantly flat profile that’s both forgiving and stable. Twin: Great for going both directions, same shape on the nose and tail of the board. Great for park riding, going switch, or just looking nice. Quadratic: Blending of three radii to improve turn initiation/exit while providing the best grip possible. This design is uniquely formulated for each model based on its shape and riding style.
Sidewall & Core
Foundation Core: Tip-to-tail Aspen wood core with proven durability that retains pop and flex.
Laminates & Fiberglass
Biaxial: 90° and 0° angles, fun and forgiving.
Base & Edge Construction
Extruded Base: The industry standard extruded 1500 Ptex base material. Good wax absorption and easy to repair. Standard Topsheet: Durable Urethane topsheet material with graphics only RIDE can bring you.
Materials & Sustainability
Wend® Meadowfoam Biodegradable Wax: The Meadowfoam® factory wax we use is made from wildflower seeds native to California and Oregon. All WEND® Meadowfoam® snow wax blends are non-toxic and completely biodegradable. FSC® Certified Paper Packaging: What does this mean for snowboard packaging? Well how about those stickers on the base that are a pain in the ass to peel off? Yup, made with FSC® Certified Materials. Boxes the boards are shipped in? Also FCS® Certified. Also includes 44% Solar Production Energy.

After Riding
Wipe snow and moisture from the Lowride after each session, including the topsheet, edges, insert area, and base. Let the board dry completely before placing it in a bag or storing it.
Base and Edge Maintenance
Inspect the base for scratches, core shots, and dryness, and check the edges for burrs, rust, cracks, or impact damage. Wax the base regularly and have significant base or edge damage repaired by a qualified snowboard technician.
Binding and Insert Checks
Check mounting screws and discs before riding and retighten them with the correct tool if needed. Do not overtighten the screws, and keep snow and grit out of the insert threads. Confirm that straps, highbacks, and stance settings remain secure.
Impact Inspection
After a hard impact, examine the topsheet, sidewalls, tip, tail, and edge bond for cracks, delamination, or deformation. Stop using the board until structural damage has been assessed.
Storage
Clean and dry the board, then store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heaters, and heavy stacked loads. Loosen binding straps for long-term storage and apply a protective storage wax during the off-season.
