Ride Algorhythm Snowboard

The Ride Algorhythm Snowboard is designed for all mountain, park, powder riding with a medium response. The Algorhythm quickly turned into a team and staff favorite at Ride. The versatility of this shape is unmatched. This high-end all-mountain Directional Twin Standard Camber stick is designed to do everything. From park jumps to pow lines to high-speed groomers, this board won't disappoint. The Algorythm will feel comfortable and familiar to snowboarders looking to up their game. Quadratic Sidecut improves turn initiation/exit and edge grip. A Performance™ Core combines Aspen, Bamboo, and Paulownia wood to provide the perfect balance of strong and light while Carbon Array 5™ provides extra pop without adding stiffness. This high-end all-mountain directional twin is far superior to some one-trick pony freestyle snowboard.

Profile, Shape & Sidecut
Standard Camber Profile: Slight traditional camber zone translating to a more responsive feel while not being overpowering. Directional: Designed to be ridden in one direction. More nose than tail, set back stance, and a sidecut to match. Can you still ride it switch? Yeah, of course. Is it going to be as good riding switch all day long? Probably not. Twin: Great for going both directions, same shape on the nose and tail of the board. Great for park riding, going switch, or just looking nice. Also includes Quadratic.
Sidewall & Core
Slimewalls®: RIDE’s exclusive Slimewalls™ are forgiving and ductile, absorbing impacts rather than defending against them. Just like your skate wheels, the urethane in Slimewalls™ smoothes the interaction with the snow, wood or metal surfaces you may ride on. Roll-In Construction: Unique 3D structure built around our urethane Slimewall® sidewalls. Designed to increase overall board strength, prevent topsheet chipping, and reduce weight. Also includes Carbon Slimewalls® · Performance™.
Laminates & Fiberglass
Double Impact Plates: Added underneath each binding area to improve compressive strength and prevent board breaks where it matters most. Offered in two levels, Single and Double. Carbon Array™ 5: This power distribution technology provides total board control in every stance location. Widespread carbon stringers placed at the binding zone gather input from any stance width and all pressure angles. Also includes Pre-Cured Glass.
Base & Edge Construction
Sintered 4000 Base: High-end sintered 4000 Ptex base material that is more durable, harder and faster than extruded. Stone Ground: The absolute best way to finish building a snowboard. Nice and flat base, no weird bumps or extra material. Stone ground is the way to go, ask your local tune shop. Also includes Standard Topsheet.
Materials & Sustainability
Wend® Meadowfoam Biodegradable Wax: The Meadowfoam® factory wax we use is made from wildflower seeds native to California and Oregon. All WEND® Meadowfoam® snow wax blends are non-toxic and completely biodegradable. 30% Recycled Steel Edges: Everyone knows about recycling, but nobody thinks about it when it comes to snowboard edges. Hell, do people even think about their snowboard edges? Luckily for you we’re thinking of both. Edges on RIDE Snowboards contain 30% recycled materials. Also includes FSC® Certified Paper Packaging · 44% Solar Production Energy.

After Riding
Wipe snow and moisture from the Algorhythm after each session, including the topsheet, edges, insert area, and base. Let the board dry completely before placing it in a bag or storing it.
Base and Edge Maintenance
Inspect the base for scratches, core shots, and dryness, and check the edges for burrs, rust, cracks, or impact damage. Wax the base regularly and have significant base or edge damage repaired by a qualified snowboard technician.
Binding and Insert Checks
Check mounting screws and discs before riding and retighten them with the correct tool if needed. Do not overtighten the screws, and keep snow and grit out of the insert threads. Confirm that straps, highbacks, and stance settings remain secure.
Impact Inspection
After a hard impact, examine the topsheet, sidewalls, tip, tail, and edge bond for cracks, delamination, or deformation. Stop using the board until structural damage has been assessed.
Storage
Clean and dry the board, then store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heaters, and heavy stacked loads. Loosen binding straps for long-term storage and apply a protective storage wax during the off-season.
