Wipe the base with a clean cloth after riding. Use a base cleaner to remove dirt and old wax before tuning.
Waxing
Wax regularly (every 3-5 rides) with a temperature-appropriate wax. Hot waxing is recommended for best results on the sintered base.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Do not store in a board bag for extended periods.
Edges
Check edges regularly for burrs or damage. Sharpen and detune as needed for your riding style.

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Outdoor Gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 5-21 business days. Please reach out to us with the most up to date deliveries times as they vary per Manufacturer. 

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
