Component Breakdown
S9 Duraflex ST Baseplate (Stage 9)
Built with a purpose. The Force Team's Stage 9 Duraflex ST Baseplate offers Union's highest levels of strength and energy transmission to date. Backed by Union's lifetime warranty guarantee — the same flagship baseplate as the regular Force, with the same team-tested proven performance.
Team-Style Highback
Upgraded with the Team-Style Highback — the design Union's pro team riders like Jamie Anderson prefer for added response and durability. Built for riders who want more from their highback, with a shape that delivers instant edge-to-edge power and powerful heelside turns.
Upgraded Ankle Strap Design
The #1 choice of pro snowboarders. The Upgraded Ankle Strap Design is Union's team-rider-preferred strap — built for the added response and control that Union's top athletes demand for everything from deep resort days to big mountain lines.
TS 5.0 UltraGrip Toe Strap
The TS 5.0 UltraGrip Toe Strap easily shapes to any snowboard boot and offers maximum grip from all angles. Multi-positional adjustment for the perfect fit on any boot shape — the same premium toe strap as the regular Force.
Magnesium S1 Ratchets
Magnesium S1 ratchets are Union's answer to the elements. A fully integrated spring protected from the harsh outside provides you with Union's best-in-class ladder action run after run.
NEW Extruded 3D Aluminum Heelcup
Designed for optimum heel hold and minimization of drag. The NEW Extruded 3D Aluminum heelcup is Union's latest heelcup technology — backed by a lifetime warranty guarantee for the core of every Force Team binding.
Non-Stick HP EVA Footbed
The next evolution of Union's non-stick EVA technology. Non-Stick Hot Press EVA creates a closed cell finish that's 100% waterproof. Gone are the days of the base being saturated after a full day in the snow.
Molecular Bushing Suspension System
Union's Molecular Bushing Suspension System acts as an additional layer of dampening and shock absorption between you and your snowboard. Reduces chatter on hardpack and softens big-mountain landings — the same premium bushing as the regular Force.
NEW Grade 8.8 Steel Hardware
The strongest steel available on the market. Comes pre-installed so you can mount and ride without a hardware run to the shop.

Passion drives us
At SpokeX Bike Co., bikes aren't just our business — they’re our way of life. As a rider-owned and operated shop, every decision we make comes from firsthand experience on the trail, at the race, and on the open road. We know what it’s like to chase a new line, push through the pain cave, and celebrate the ride — because we live it every day.
