Union's proven Single Frame Shell technology delivers a consistent, responsive flex pattern for all-mountain performance. The single frame construction provides reliable support and response without the complications of a two-piece shell. Traditional Lace System
The traditional lace system delivers a timeless fit with custom tension control. Unlike BOA or other quick-pull systems, laces allow for precise tension adjustment across different zones of the boot — riders can customize the fit for heel hold, ankle support, and forefoot flex independently. The laces are reliable, field-replaceable, and have been the gold standard for snowboard boot fit for decades.

Lace Care
The traditional laces are designed for repeated use — but inspect them periodically for fraying or wear. Replace laces if you notice any signs of damage, especially in the eyelets. Spare laces are inexpensive and can be found at any snowboard shop or online retailer. Keep the laces tied loosely when storing the boots to maintain their elasticity.
Shell & Liner Care
After each day on the mountain, remove the liners from the boots and let them air dry completely. This prevents bacteria and mold growth, which can cause odor and deterioration of the materials. Wipe down the shells with a damp cloth to remove snow and salt. Stuff the boots with newspaper or boot trees when not in use to maintain their shape.
Storage
Store the Factory boots in a cool, dry place when not in use. Avoid leaving them in direct sunlight for extended periods — UV exposure can degrade the plastics and liners over time. Keep the boots in a boot bag or on a boot dryer to protect them from dust and damage. If storing for an extended period, remove the liners and store them separately.

Shipping Policy

Components:

All component items (wheels, drivetrains, suspension, brakes, etc.) ship within 4-7 business days of purchase.

Bicycles:

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

 Gear & Apparel:

Outdoor Gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 5-21 business days. Please reach out to us with the most up to date deliveries times as they vary per Manufacturer. 

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
