If you ride at the edge of two sizes, size down for a responsive, locked-in feel or up for a more relaxed fit. Boots should sit snug inside the binding with no heel lift.

The S1 Step On Duraflex CB highback combines legendary Union Atlas performance with the easy-to-use Step On® Instant Connection™ System. Equipped with Union's premium Duraflex CB (carbon-black) construction for lightweight response and all-mountain versatility.
Hi-Flex EVA Bushing w/ Adjustable Gas Pedal
The adjustable gas pedal allows you to fine-tune the forward lean of the gas pedal for personalized foot placement underfoot. The Hi-Flex EVA bushing provides cushioning and shock absorption between the baseplate and your snowboard — soft enough for comfort, supportive enough for response.
Extruded 3D Aluminum Heelcup
Designed for optimum heel hold and minimization of drag. Backed by Union's lifetime warranty — the core of every Atlas Step-On is built to last seasons of fast entry/exit riding.
Non-Stick HP EVA Footbed
The next evolution of Union's non-stick EVA technology. Non-Stick Hot Press EVA creates a closed-cell, 100% waterproof surface that prevents snow and ice build-up under your boot — keeps the base clean and responsive in all conditions.
Magnesium S1 w/ Steel Base Ratchets
Magnesium S1 ratchets with steel base are Union's answer to the elements. A fully integrated spring protected from the harsh outside provides you with Union's best-in-class ladder action run after run. The steel base adds extra durability at the high-wear mounting point.
Integrated 2-Stage Forward Lean Adjuster
Quickly adjust your forward lean angle to suit the terrain in front of you. The Integrated 2-Stage Forward Lean Adjuster allows on-the-fly adjustability with a #3 screwdriver without removing the binding — critical for riders who switch between park and pow days.
Grade 8.8 Steel Hardware
The strongest steel available on the market. Comes pre-installed so you can mount and ride without a hardware run to the shop.

- Tools required: 4mm hex key + #2 Phillips + #3 Phillips (for forward lean adjuster)
- Stance adjustable: standard ±5° angle, ±12mm micro-adjust on disc
- Compatible with all major snowboard brands — no specific board required
- Step-On boot compatibility: ONLY works with Step-On compatible boots (Burton Step-On, etc.)
