Component Breakdown
S7 Duraflex CB Baseplate
The S7 Duraflex CB baseplate was engineered to be the strongest base Union has ever created. Ultra-responsive Duraflex CB (carbon-black) nylon is the key ingredient — carbon-injected for maximum strength and energy transfer at minimal weight.
S14 Duraflex CB Highback
Lighter, stiffer, and more responsive than previous Atlas Pro highbacks — the S14 Duraflex CB combines carbon-injected Duraflex Nylon with an updated shape for instant edge-to-edge response and powerful heelside turns.
Hybrid 2.0 Ankle Strap w/ TPE Core
The Hybrid 2.0 features a unique V-cut design that flexes naturally with your boot, allowing for powerful forward lean pressure without pressure points. The TPE core provides a perfect balance of response and comfort.
TS 6.0 Dual-Layer UltraGrip Toe Strap
Separating the exterior toe strap frame and interior rubber grip allows the strap to form-fit seamlessly to any boot shape on the market for superior hold — no slipping, no matter how aggressive the carving.
Magnesium S1 Ratchets
Magnesium S1 ratchets are Union's answer to the elements. A fully integrated spring protected from the harsh outside provides fast, fail-free ladder action run after run. Magnesium is lighter than aluminum for the weight-conscious rider.
Extruded 3D Aluminum Heelcup
Designed for optimum heel hold and minimization of drag. Backed by Union's lifetime warranty — the core of every Atlas Pro is built to last seasons of aggressive charging.
Forged Carbon w/ Non-Stick EVA Footbed
The Atlas Pro's Forged Carbon footbed provides instant edge-to-edge response for charging the most technical lines and powering through hard carves. Italian-made Forged Carbon is Union's premium footbed material for the weight-conscious, response-demanding rider.
Vaporlite HD 2.0 Bushing
A responsive, waterproof, and vibration-canceling layer between the baseplate and your snowboard. The Vaporlite HD 2.0 absorbs high-frequency chatter from hardpack and big-mountain descents — without dulling the board feel.
Grade 8.8 Steel Hardware
The strongest steel available on the market. Comes pre-installed so you can mount and ride without a hardware run to the shop.
