Lightweight breathable construction
Cleaning
Remove loose dirt and mud with a soft brush. Clean with mild soap and lukewarm water. Do not machine wash — the agitation and heat degrade foam midsoles, adhesives, and structural overlays.
Drying
Remove insoles and loosen laces. Stuff with crumpled newspaper or paper towels to absorb moisture and hold shape. Air dry at room temperature away from direct heat or sunlight. Do not place near a radiator, fireplace, or in a dryer.
After Wet Runs
Don't leave wet shoes in a gym bag or trunk. Pull out the insoles, stuff with paper, and let them air out as soon as you get home to prevent odor and bacterial growth.
Insoles
Remove insoles to dry separately after every run. Replace insoles every 300–500 miles or when they lose shape and cushioning.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid long-term compression (don't stack heavy items on top). Keep out of direct sunlight to prevent upper material breakdown.
